LABEL YOUR FREEZER BAG WITH DISH AND DATE!
I make my meatBALLS much like I do my meatLOAF.
1 pound lean ground beef (or turkey)
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Italian bread crumbs
I mixed these up the day of my OAMC.
I mixed everything until well combined, added the bread crumbs until I felt there was enough to help it stick together. Rolled into balls, placed onto a cookie sheet with tinfoil. Froze them on the tin foil cookie sheet first, then placed into a freezer ziploc to keep for a later date.
I plan on using these in the crockpot with BBQ sauce and Grape jelly. For Spicey meatball sandwiches.
