Meatloaf Gourmet Style OAMC


LABEL YOUR FREEZER BAGS WITH THE DISH AND DATE!

Meatloaf Gourmet Style
1 medium onion, finely chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 cup italian bread crumbs
1/3 cup milk
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
3 slices bacon, chopped
2 pounds ground beef chuck
2 large eggs
1/2 cup ketchup

I saute the onion and garlic in the butter. Mix together the ground beef, bread crumbs, milk, worcestershire sauce, eggs, and ketchup. Toss in the onion, garlic, butter sauce. 


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Bake for around 1 hour or until juices run clear.



I mixed these up on my OAMC cooking day. Formed into two loafs, and froze for later use.
