Pumpkin Bread with Cinnamon Streusel Topping.


This bread has several ingredients all that I had, except the pumpkin. Of course.
I did however, find the pumpkin at Aldi's for $1 a can. In my opinion, it's just good as good as Libby's canned pumpkin. 

For mine I divided the batter into one giant loaf pan and 4 mini loafs. I froze 3 out of the 4 minis and we ate the other two for desserts and breakfasts the few days after.

Now, this recipe does call for pepitas in the topping, I used chopped pecans instead. My topping also turned out nothing like the picture in the recipe, which is my own mistake. I think I used to much butter.
